Training non-technical teams to work with AI in their daily workflow

Role-specific trainingLive + recorded sessionsWritten documentation

The approach

Training is not a phase that happens at the end. It is woven into the entire engagement. From week one, your team is using the systems we build. They give feedback, we adjust, and the system evolves based on how they actually work, not how we assumed they would work.

What training looks like

  • Live training sessions conducted on video call, recorded for future reference. Hands-on walkthrough of every capability relevant to the person's role.
  • Pre-recorded screen guides for common tasks: how to run a query, how to use the matching engine, how to read a report, how to submit a new skill request.
  • Written documentation with step-by-step instructions, common query patterns, data source descriptions, troubleshooting steps, and support contact information.
  • We build skills 50 to 60 percent of the way and have your team finish them. This is not busywork. It teaches them how the system thinks and how to extend it.

The goal

The goal is not to make your team dependent on us. It is to make them capable of operating and extending the system independently. We use a train-the-trainer model: we enable one or two people on your team to onboard others and manage the day-to-day operation of the platform.

New team members onboard with a single setup process and immediately have access to every capability their department uses. No separate training program. No manual. They open the system and start working.

I was nervous about using AI. I am not a technical person. But the system is just tools that do things I used to do by hand. I did not need to understand how it works. I just needed to use it.
